What is the Tiger Neo Bifacial 66?
The Jinko Tiger Neo 3.0 66QL6 Bifacial (BDV) is a large-format, high-power bifacial solar panel engineered for utility-scale solar installations. With 264 cells (66×4 configuration) and N-type TOPCon technology, it delivers an impressive 650–670W front-side power output and efficiency up to 24.80%.
The bifaciality factor of 85±5% enables substantial additional energy generation from reflected light on the rear side, making it ideal for ground-mount systems with high-albedo surfaces. The dual glass construction ensures long-term mechanical integrity and weather resistance.
At 2382×1134×30 mm and 32.5 kg, the larger format reduces balance-of-system costs per watt, lowering the overall LCOE for utility-scale projects. Certified to IEC 61215:2021 and IEC 61730:2023 with a 30-year warranty.
