Swegarb AS (Globe Energy Norway) is the data controller for the processing of personal data described in this policy. We are a Norwegian company delivering industrial energy solutions in battery storage (BESS), compressors and compressed air systems.

Vercel
The website is hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA). Vercel processes server logs and IP addresses to deliver the website. Transfer to the USA is covered under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Google Analytics
Anonymised traffic analysis (if you have consented). Google Ireland Limited.
Resend
Email delivery for the contact form. Resend Inc. (USA) processes the sender's email address and message content.
Storage & security
Personal data is stored securely and deleted when no longer needed for its purpose. Contact form data is stored with our email provider and manually deleted once the matter is resolved. All data traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
