Finland 120MW – First Delivery of MW Station (Part 2)

First delivery of MW station to Sungrow 120 MW battery plant in Finland

The images are from the first delivery of an MW station to Sungrow's 120 MW battery plant in Finland, August 2025.

The delivery marks an important milestone in the project, where heavy and critical energy infrastructure arrives on site for further installation. Our work includes receiving inspection, unit verification and follow-up to ensure that all equipment is handled and delivered in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.

An MW station (megawatt station) is a central part of a battery plant and serves as the link between the batteries and the power grid. It contains power converters (PCS/inverters), transformers, protection systems and control systems that regulate how energy is stored, converted and delivered to the grid. In short, it is this unit that makes it possible to use stored energy from the batteries in practice.

Through structured and precise work, we ensure an efficient transition from delivery to installation phase, with a focus on quality, safety and operational reliability.

We hold the highest level of electrical authorization within the EU, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with current regulations and the industry's strictest requirements.
