What is an oil-injected compressor?
An oil-injected screw compressor with fixed speed is the workhorse among compressed air solutions. The oil lubricates, cools and seals the compression element, delivering a robust and reliable machine that provides stable compressed air around the clock — perfect for operations with steady and predictable consumption.
The advanced SAP profile design with rotors made from American specialty steel and SKF bearings delivers high compression efficiency and long service life. The three-stage air-oil separation keeps oil content below 3 ppm, and stainless steel pipework with an estimated service life of over 80 years minimizes maintenance requirements. From 22 kW upwards, direct-drive models are available with a KTR maintenance-free coupling.
The model range spans from 5.5 kW to 400 kW with working pressures between 7.0 and 13.0 bar. The smaller models (5.5–18.5 kW) are belt-driven and compact, while the direct-drive models (22–400 kW) deliver capacities up to 74.50 m³/min for large industrial needs.
