What is an oil-injected compressor?
An oil-injected screw compressor with fixed speed is the workhorse of compressed air solutions. The oil lubricates, cools, and seals the compression element, resulting in a robust and reliable machine that delivers stable compressed air around the clock — perfect for operations with even and predictable consumption.
The advanced SAP profile design with rotors in American specialty steel and SKF bearings provides high compression efficiency and long service life. The three-stage air-oil separation keeps oil content below 3 ppm, and stainless steel piping with over 80 years of estimated service life minimizes maintenance needs. From 22 kW upward, direct-driven models with KTR maintenance-free coupling are available.
The model range spans from 5.5 kW to 400 kW with working pressures between 7.0 and 12.5 bar. The smaller models (5.5–18.5 kW) are belt-driven and compact, while the direct-driven models (22–400 kW) deliver capacities up to 74.50 m³/min for large industrial needs.
