What are compressed air filters?
Compressed air filters purify compressed air from particles, oil, and moisture in different stages — from coarse filtration down to ultra-fine purification. The right filter combination is essential to ensure the air quality required in your specific application, whether it involves general industry, food production, or spray painting.
Five filter types cover the entire spectrum: liquid separators (C filter, 3 um), particle filters (T filter, 1 um), oil separators (A filter, 0.01 um), extra fine oil separators (AA filter, 0.01 um), and vapor filters (H filter). Filters are available in carbon steel with capacities up to 252 m³/min and in stainless steel up to 234 m³/min for demanding environments.
By combining the right filters in sequence, you can build an air treatment system that meets the strictest quality requirements. Filters are an important component in every complete compressed air system and help extend the lifespan of downstream equipment and processes.
