What is Tiger Neo 66QL6 Bifacial?

The Jinko Tiger Neo 3.0 66QL6 BDV is a bifacial solar panel that generates electricity from both front and rear sides. With 264 cells (66×4 configuration) and N-type TOPCon technology, it delivers 650–670W on the front with 85±5% bifaciality.

The enhanced cell structure enables industry-leading bifaciality through optimized light absorption. The dual glass construction with anti-reflective coating on the front maximizes energy production.

With optimized temperature coefficient (-0.26%/°C), proven low-light performance and mechanical load capacity up to 5400/2400 Pa, it is ideal for large-scale ground installations and solar parks.
